PRE-CONFERENCE SESSION AND THE MAIN CONFERENCE

• Pre-Conference Session - Track 4: Skill enhancement for Allied Ophthalmic Professionals, 5 July 2024
• Main Conference – 6-7 July 2024

Pre-Conference session on 5 July 2024 for students of optometry and such other ophthalmic cadre. This session is focussed on skill enhancement for Allied Ophthalmic Professionals and will have different skill building workshops.

1. VISION 2020 India Member | Non-Member Registrations:

• All VISION 2020 India Members and Non-Members, Individuals or Groups can register themselves under this Tab for the main conference on 6-7 July 2024 and a Pre-conference session on 5 July 2024
• This registration includes Pre-Conference on 5 July 2024 (Track 4: Skill enhancement for Allied Ophthalmic Professionals) and the main conference scheduled on 6-7 July 2024.Delegates after attending the pre-conference program on 5 July can continue in the main conference on 6-7 July to learn more and contribute.

2. Students - Registration:

• Students and any other cadre interested to attend the 2 days Annual Conference on July 6 – 7, 2024 and a Pre-Conference session on 5th July 2024 shall register themselves through this Tab.
• This registration includes Pre-Conference on 5 July 2024 (Track 4: Skill enhancement for Allied Ophthalmic Professionals) and the main conference scheduled on 6-7 July 2024.
• Delegates after attending the pre-conference program on 5 July can continue in the main conference on 6-7 July to learn more and contribute.
  
   

3. How May I Proceed If I Am Registering as A Group?

It is very easy to complete your registration process as a group. Complete filling up the Registration form with your details and click on the ‘Add’Button to include more individuals/members under the same registration page. This means that you do not have to fill multiple forms to complete the registration. All the members can be added under a single registration page and be submitted in a single application.

Registration Includes  2-3 Lunch as per registration, One dinner, Tea/Coffee during breaks, Registration  kit, and a Souvenir.

4. Timelines and Registration

NOTE:     Delegates will have to separately register for Pre-Conference session on Quality and Accreditation on 5 July 2024, and the Main Conference on 6-7 July 2024.

Note: * We request students to submit a copy of their ID – card while registering to avail this discounted fees.

Note: The date on the DD / Cheque / RTGS / NEFT will be considered as the date of registration. The fees will be applied based on the deadline as shown in the table above.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

• Online registration is mandatory. All the delegates should register through online mode.
• All the delegates will get automatic acknowledgement after their successful registration.
• The confirmation of your registration will be done based on the receipt of payment.
• You can download the payment receipt soon after the successful registration and payment.

• Online Payment: By credit /debit / master / visa cards and internet banking through online portal.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION

• While you can pay the registration fee offline, kindly note that filling-up registration form online is mandatory.
• An Acknowledgement form will be generated automatically soon after you register online.
• Offline Payment: Through DD / RTGS / NEFT
  Cheque / Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society” payable at Brown Rd, CMC Campus, Ludhiana, Punjab - 141008.

Bank Details for payment through NEFT/RTGS:

• Individuals / Organizations those who are choosing offline payment should send the Bank Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT along with the Acknowledgement formto the following address. The soft copy of the receipt of payment will be sent to your email and the original receipt can be collected at the Registration counters on conference dates.

• Spot registration is made available only for limited number of seats. Delegates can pay either by Debit / Credit card / cash/QR Code at the conference venue
• You can collect the payment receipt at the registration counter.
